Ingredients (Makes 6 Muffins)
• 6 large eggs
• 6 slices of bacon (cooked & crumbled)
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional, for flavor & crunch)
• 1/4 cup diced spinach or green onions (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• Non-stick cooking spray or butter (for greasing the muffin tin)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.
2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
• In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Assemble the Muffins:
• Evenly distribute crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and optional veggies (bell peppers, spinach, green onions) into each muffin cup.
• Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cup about ¾ full.
4. Bake:
