• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

• 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil (for frying)

🥦 For the Broccoli:

• 4 cups broccoli florets

• 1 tablespoon butter or avocado oil

🔥 For the Keto Stir-Fry Sauce:

• ¼ cup coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)

• 2 tablespoons sugar-free brown sweetener (like allulose or monk fruit)

• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

• 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

• 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)

• ½ teaspoon xanthan gum (to thicken)

• ¼ cup water

• 2 green onions (sliced)

• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Beef:

• Thinly slice the flank steak against the grain.

2️⃣ Sear the Beef:
