• 2 tablespoons Jamaican curry powder (no sugar added)

• 1 teaspoon turmeric

• 1 teaspoon ground cumin

• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

• ½ teaspoon dried thyme

• 1 small onion (chopped)

• 3 cloves garlic (minced)

• 1 Scotch bonnet pepper (or ½ teaspoon cayenne, for spice)

• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)

• 1 small tomato (diced)

• 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk

• 1 cup beef broth

• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
