
• Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts
• 4 slices of bacon
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the bacon-wrapped chicken until browned.
3. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
4. In the same skillet, sauté spinach, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook until thickened.
5. Serve chicken over the creamed spinach.
