
• Ingredients:
• 2 lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye)
• 1 head cauliflower, riced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 1/2 cup guacamole
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp taco seasoning
• Instructions:
1. Season steak with taco seasoning and grill to preferred doneness. Slice into strips.
2. Sauté cauliflower rice in olive oil until tender.
3. Divide cauliflower rice, steak, and bell peppers into meal prep containers.
4. Add a scoop of guacamole on the side for freshness.
